Nickel-titanium NiTi tools are much more flexible, harder and stronger, have better cutting capacity, are more economical, as you can work them 2-3 times more than conventional tools. They have a shape memory (always return to their original shape)
Manual endodontic dental files NiTi type H (Hedstrom) are very aggressive, very well cutting dentin. Their shape had been cut in a special production process which has greatly improved their (original medium) flexibility. Apex angle is 90 degrees. The ability of transporting dentine has also been improved by gradually increasing the jump cut (notch depth) from apex to the handle of the instrument.
Made of stainless steel and plastic, ensuring high quality and can be designed for manual work.
Files can be repeatedly sterilized by dry air at a temperature of 180 degrees C in a steam autoclave at 135 degrees C or in the quartz balls sterilizers.
