The traditional Hygovac® is a normal aspirator tube with a 45º cut on one side and an S-cut on the other. The Hygovac® Vent is a double ventilated aspirator tube which also features a 45º cut on one end and an S-cut on the other. It significantly increases patient comfort and the double ventilation system ensures that it can be removed effortlessly as it prevents the aspirator tube from attaching itself to the soft tissue. The third product in the range is the Hygovac® Vent Green. Similar in design and style as its blue-striped Vent counterpart, this green-striped polypropylene aspirator has the additional advantage of being autoclavable like Hygovac® Green.
