Ease-it heater, softener for composites is designed to heat the composite materials before using them in order to improve their physical properties .

The kit (set) includes a heating device with electronic temperature control. The temperature can be set in the range of 40-50 ° C ( 104-122 ° F) depending on the type of material and the individual characteristics of the composite. Built-in indicator is showing two colors depending on the temperature reached. Suggested temperature is 45 ° C ( 113 ° F).

Dish for the composite material + lid with the filter material to prevent premature bonding. It serves as a mixing pad, which the composites do not stick to.

NOTE ! Avoid scratching the metal surface of the cup . Cup can be used to heat the tips.

Optionally, you can order: - Universal thermal container (Thermo-block) for up to 7 composite syringes & cartridges Ø 13mm, which only fits thin composites e.g. Megafill MH (thin at whole length), so e.g. Charisma syringes will not fit into it. Rotated by 180 degrees can serve as a container for the tips.

Composites with high viscosity can be difficult to separate from dosed tips / composite syringes and to adjust or cavity modelling.

Ease-it makes it much easier to use :

• light heating
• improves liquidity and facilitates adaptation in thin layers and small recesses
• allows smooth and uniform consistency even for "granular" materials
• reduces the risk of the formation of air bubbles in the restoration as well as in the filling material

The container can be removed from the heating unit and placed in the workplace. At room temperature, the temperature of the composite will be maintained for at least 10-15 minutes.
