Relation D is an elastomeric material for bite registrations based on silicon containing substance additionally binding of a high degree of hardness. Injectable material for the bite registration usable also in the closed bite position.

Relation D is an elastomere bite registration material with a silicon base, addition curing, with extremely high Shore hardness (only measurable according to Shore D). The special feature in Relation D is its optical reflection activity; it is particularly suitable for powder-free optical 3D registration and data acquisition in CAD/CAM/CIM areas of application.

Relation D material has good millability due to the very high final hardness. Thixotropy allows simple application. The good stability provides a simple removal from the mouth and prevents flowing into the interdental spaces. The produced bite registers are permanently dimension stable.

Warning Solutions used prior to the registration (i.e. mouth washes) can disturb the setting reaction of the registration material and must be removed with thorough spraying and drying. Do not leave any residues from the registration material in the oral cavity. Avoid contact with clothing since the material can not be removed through chemical cleaning. Keep out of reach of children. Only to be used by the dentist.
